Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

At Your Service

At our company, we understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned.  That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy starting from the day you received your item(s).  To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including their original packaging.

We strongly recommend sending returns via signature required to ensure the safe arrival of your package.  Once we received and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification.  Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.  Refunds will be credited back to the same method you used to make your original purchase.

Please note that most pieces we sell is custom made, which means there will be a $10 restocking fee for each item returned.  We believe that is a fair fee that covers the cost of re-packaging and re-stocking the item in our inventory.
